Bailey and Oliver Law Firm believes that more must be done to stop hazing at all levels. Just today a freshman at Rider University's Westminster Choir College died after he was found unresponsive at a friend's off-campus apartment.

This death comes seven months after another Rider freshman, died after a night of drinking at a fraternity party on the school's main campus in Lawrenceville.

The case got widespread attention, partly because of the legal maneuvering that followed.

Three students were charged with aggravated hazing, as were two university officials. They were believed to be the first ever indicted in the U.S. because of a student hazing death.

However, the charges against the administrators were dropped in August. And earlier this month, two of the students were accepted into a program that could keep their records clean and help them avoid prison sentences. Charges against the third student are still pending.

The case prompted the university to establish strict new rules governing on-campus alcohol use.

Westminster Choir College is a residential college of music located on a 23-acre campus in Princeton, about eight miles from the school's main campus. About 330 undergraduates and 110 graduate students attend.
